You were made to excel and win at everything you do.  Young children have absolute confidence.  When they fall they just get up and try it again.  Why then do people when they get older become de-motivated, underachieve and then worry and get stressed about their failures?   

The biggest problem is the beliefs which we hold about ourselves on the inside – our self talk.  No matter what feedback we get from outside, if we believe we are lacking in an area, then we will judge ourselves as a failure and get demotivated and our performance will suffer further. 

It is a vicious cycle.  And it is not just you suffering.  The Health and Safety Executive state that “Self-reported work-related stress, depression or anxiety account for an estimated 10.5 million reported lost working days per year in Britain”.

Life Coaching will help you see the beliefs that are holding you back from what you want to be.  Together with your Coach you can work out an action plan to replace those beliefs with new ones which will take your forward.  Once you begin to live in alignment with own own values your motivation will return and stress will reduce.
