Breaking Habits

“Bad habits are easier to abandon today than tomorrow.”  ~Yiddish Proverb

Habits are neither good nor bad.   The question is, “Do you want to continue doing it or not?”

The dictionary states that a habit is a recurring, often unconscious pattern of behavior that is learned through frequent repetition.  You were not born with any habits.  Somewhere in your life you have learned them and practiced your habits so much that you are good and skilled at doing them.  Now is the time to stop and become good at doing something else.  This is where coaching can help.

Coaching will help you focus your mind in positive ways so you can build new patterns of behaviour more easily.  Through visualisation and other coaching techniques you can get motivated and empowered to step into new habit patterns which will take you forward. 

 

Positive Behaviours will take you forward just as Negative ones Hold you back.
